Over twelve unforgettable days and eleven nights, you’ll explore the highlights of Slovenia, North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia — discovering charming old towns, UNESCO World Heritage sites, crystal-clear lakes, dramatic waterfalls, alpine scenery, and vibrant capital cities.

The tour starts in Skopje and ends in Zagreb, with airport transfers included for a smooth and stress-free experience. The itinerary can be customized to suit your travel plans, whether you are arriving from or departing to nearby cities such as Ljubljana, Sarajevo, Dubrovnik, Kotor, or other regional hubs. Itinerary

Day 1: Skopje Arrival

Arrive in Skopje Airport where you meet by our representative. Proceed to Skopje city center and Start walking tour – including Stone Bridge, Old Bazaar, Old Rail Station, Mustafa-Pasha Mosque, Daut Pasin Hamam, from the XV century and the monument of Mother Teresa. After tour Free time for shopping. Proceed to hotel for check in. Overnight in Skopje

Day 2: Skopje – Ohrid

Breakfast at hotel and check out hotel. Continue to Ohrid (+/-180km : +/- 3Hours) Arrival Ohrid City and city tour – visit Hadzi Turgut Mosque, Zeynel Abedin Pasha Tekke, Old bazaar, Paper factory, Ohrid Pearl Shops. Free time for exploring before check in hotel. Overnight in Ohrid

Day 3: Ohrid – Tirana – Shkoder

Breakfast at hotel and check out hotel. Proceed to Tirana (+/- 140km : +/- 3Hours). Arrival Tirana and Proceed to walking tour of Tirana – visit Mosque of Ethem Bey, the Clock Tower, Mother Theresa square, Bunkers, Skanderbey square. Free time.  Continue to Shkoder. Tour- proceed for guided walking tour of old town of Shkoder – visit the Mosque, traditional road build in the XXth century which bears the distinctive architectural characteristic of the museum area and Rozafa castle. Overnight in Shkoder

Day 4: Shkoder – Kotor – Budva

Breakfast at hotel and check out. Transfer to Montenegro and city of Budva (+/- 120km : +/- 3Hours). Arrive in Kotor. City tour inside stone walls. Continue to Budva for city tour. Checkin hotel. Rest of the day is free.

Day 5: Budva – Dubrovnik – Mostar

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for guided city tour old town of Dubrovnik. Visit The sights of Game of Thrones, Walk inside Old Town, visit Old Pharmacy, Rectors Palace from outside, Waterfront etc. After tour free time.  Continue to Mostar (140 kilometers) On the way visit Medieval stone town Pocitelj and Buna river springs in Blagaj village. check in hotel in Mostar. Overnight in Mostar.

Day 6: Mostar – Sarajevo

Breakfast at hotel. Check out hotel. Proceed for city tour – visit Koski Pasha mosque, Croked bridge in the old town and Old bridge, listed as UNESCO heritage site. Free time for shopping , continue drive to Sarajevo. Upon arrival in Sarajevo, Visit Tunnel museum and Vrelo Bosne. Check in hotel. Overnight in Sarajevo.

Day 7: Sarajevo

Breakfast at hotel.Proceed for tour Walking tour of old town Bascarsija, Latin bridge, place where the Austro Hungarian Archduke was assassinated, what triggered the 1st World War; Brusa bezistan – covered market place; Gazi Husref Bey Mosque – built in 1530 year during the Ottoman era – and Gazi Husref Bey Madrass; Morica han built in 1551, Vijecnica – town hall for the Austro-Hungarian era. After tour free time for exploring. In noon hours we return back to hotel.

Day 8: Sarajevo – Travnik – Jajce – Bihać

Breakfast at hotel. Today we visit Central and North Bosnia. In town Travnik we will visit shortest river – Plava Voda and Fortress.  Continue to Jajce where we visit Pliva Waterfall, Pliva Lakes and wooden watermills. Continue to Bihać. Check in hotel. Overnight in Bihać.

Day 9: Bihać – Plitvice – Zagreb

Breakfast at hotel. Today we visit National Park Plitvice. 16 lakes cascading with many waterfalls makes Plitvice most beautiful National Park in Croatia.  Upon arrival city tour of Zagreb visiting Kaptol and Gradec, Ban Jelacic square, St Mark Church, Stone gates and Dolac marketplace. Check in hotel and overnight in Zagreb.

Day 10: Zagreb – Ljubljana

Breakfast at hotel. Today we go to Slovenia. From Zagreb to Ljubljana we have around 2,5 hours driving. Upon arrival we will have city tour visiting Tripple bridge, Marketplace, Presern square, Dragon bridge etc. After guided tour you will have free
time for exploring the city. Check in hotel. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 11: Ljubljana – Bled – Ljubljana

Breakfast at hotel. Today e spend the day in Bled. You will have included Pletna boat ride and visit of Bled Castle. In noon hours we return to Ljubljana.

Day 12: –Ljubljana departure

Breakfast at hotel. Check out. Transfer to the airport. End of service
